Job description:

  • We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Scaffolder to join our team at Microsoft Data Center in the Netherlands. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for building complex scaffolds in a safe and efficient manner, working both indoors and outdoors at heights. This is a long-term project, and we need someone who is dedicated, honest, and committed to continuous learning and improvement. Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and dismantle complex scaffolds using Layher Scaffolding System

  • Ensure a high level of safety standards and practices are followed at all times

  • Comply with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to your supervisor

  • Assist with delivering scaffolding materials to work areas

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Scaffolder

  • Valid VCA-Basic certificate

  • DNV certificate (optional)

  • Good communication skills in English, German, or Dutch

  • Diligence, honesty, and a desire to learn and grow
