Scaffolding helpers – training
From 2020 we have started cooperation with Scaffolding International & Scaftech Uitzendwerk agencies in The Netherlands. And starting from 2022 we have established a training centrum for new scaffolders (helpers) in Belgium. We will provide one week training, where you will obtain a basic knowledge about the scaffolding ( materials, connections and building basics ).
When training will be done, we will register you to a VCA-B exam and will make sure that you start working for our clients.
Your duty:
- You will be working in the team with experienced scaffolders, in various projects;
- As a helper, you will be carrying material, sorting it out, passing it to the builders;
- Scaffolding projects can be in petro-chemical plants, in outside projects (houses, blocks and more).
Requirements:
- Good communication in English, German or Dutch;
- Diligence, honesty, desire to improve and grow together.
What do we offer:
- Salary €12.50 (net) per hour;
- Health insurance paid by us (€29,22 per week);

Additional information:
- First contract after training will be signed for a half year (6 months);
- From your wages you will be deducted €30 weekly (for training & VCA), for a period of 20 weeks;
- After 20 weeks deductions stop. Within 6 months you will be applied to theory course and DNV (steigerbouw) exam;
- Contract for DNV certificate – 2000 hours of work, we will pay the costs of exam;
- Fines for breaking DNV contract – €1000,- minus worked hours at €0,50 per hour (after first 20 weeks);
- Stopping in first 20 weeks full deduction op to €600 (course & VCA);
- If you will use your personal vehicle for work matters and will bring colleagues to work – we will pay weekly bonus for that.
