Trainee Solar-Panel Fitter

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Trainee Solar-Panel Fitter to join our team for various projects. As a trainee, you will be working alongside experienced solar-panel fitters and will be responsible for carrying and sorting materials, passing them to other team members, and learning how to connect panels.

Responsibilities:

• Carry and sort materials

• Pass materials to other team members

• Learn how to connect panels

• Ensure a high level of safety standards and practices are followed at all times

• Comply with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, German, or Dutch

• Private vehicle/transport or a driver’s license

• Diligence, honesty, and a desire to learn and grow
